As someone who was born and raised in Wisconsin, it's AMAZING to me that people in other parts of the country think a 50 degree day is FRIGID!

Try waiting outside for the school bus when temperatures are almost negative 0.  Now THAT is cold.  Try going to a Green Bay Packers postseason game when you have to wear boots and hand warmers. THAT is also cold.  Jimmy Kimmel hit it right on with this video below:
