| [workout]The app/website, bodyrock.tv, was recommended to me. The app is a hub for bodyrock.tv’s YouTube Channel - I use it at the gym when working out. They have kick ass workouts that are totally different than your average workout video. The girl who does the vidoes doesn’t mess around. Her body is SICK! I sometimes get distracted and am staring at her, but it’s still an awesome workout! |
