[app]I’m an organized mess - I will try anything that can help me get my information in order.  Catch Notes is an app available for iPhone and Android. It’s similar to Apple’s notes but allows more detail, category organization, allows you to add checklists within the app, pictures with notes, and voice memos! I love that I can color code it too!
