I can't believe that summer is already coming to an end, but the massive piles of half full boxes covering my bedroom floor prove that it is.
It has been an amazing experience to be here at Z-104 this summer - I've met some great people, had a lot of fun, and learned so much! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to intern here this summer!
Now it's time to get back to classes, meetings, conferences, and homework. I can't wait to start my SENIOR YEAR! :)
I've been keeping pretty busy planning all summer for my wedding, which will be next May. In addition, I have several friends who will be getting married within the next year, so we've been comparing notes and sharing the stress.
Recently, I had a friend whose Maid of Honor decided to step down from her role - two weeks before the wedding! Talk about a last minute panic attack...
Can you top that? What's YOUR wedding horror story?!
I've been a huge Packer fan pretty much since I was born, and one of my favorite things about going to school in the Green Bay area is getting to live in the same community as the players and experiencing things like Packer training camp.
Most of the community members and Packer players feel the same about our beloved team. However, according to former Packer player Greg Jennings, who recently signed with the Minnesota Vikings, the players are "brainwashed" into thinking that they are the best in the division.
Check out this video.
Do you think the Packers are brainwashed into thinking they're the best? Or do their numerous Super Bowl titles and the outstanding players on the team speak for themselves?
As an avid Glee follower, I have been wondering how exactly the producers of Glee will deal with the character of Finn Hudson after Cory Monteith's tragic death three weeks ago. Glee producers recently announced that Finn will be written out of the show in a way that deals with the struggles Monteith had been going through, and that the third episode of the upcoming season will be a tribute to Monteith.
His co-star and girlfriend Lea Michele has apparently been busy preparing for this tribute. After producers delayed the start of production in order to give the cast time to grieve the loss of Monteith, Lea returned to the studio this past Monday.
"Couldn't have picked a more beautiful and perfect song to start the year with," she tweeted. The actress was commended by her producers for her strength in dealing with the loss of her boyfriend and co-star.
I'm definitely looking forward to seeing Monteith's tribute episode this fall.
