I've been wondering throughout this season of The Voice whether Team Blake's the Swon Brothers are really as genuinely nice as the seem. Turns out, they are.
"Adam has predicted pretty much the whole season that she was gonna win, so you know what, I hate to say it, but he could be right," Colton Swon told AccessHollywood.com's Laura Saltman on Monday night. "Danielle's amazing, Michelle's amazing. I wouldn't mind seeing either one of those girls win. I really wouldn't. At this point we're all gonna be set I think, and have good careers and those girls are so sweet. I'm glad it's someone I'm happy for and they both deserve it."
I, too, think that Danielle is a likely winner, but like the Swon Brothers, I'll be happy no matter who wins tonight.

Today is one of those days when I just needed something really adorable to motivate me to do anything productive.
And then I stumbled across this little gem...a baby seal hopping abroad a boat, then snuggling with the fisherman who was aboard. Way too cute.

Since I'll be heading off to Nashville in two short weeks, it seems appropriate to write about last night's CMT awards for my blog post today. I have to say that I found the awards show to be very satisfying this year, as most of my favorite country stars went home with at least one new award to add to their collections.
Video of the Year went to Carrie Underwood, who I've loved since the moment she stepped on the America Idol stage. There were also some pretty amazing performances, but I have to say my favorite was Carrie's new single, "See You Again."
Both Blake Shelton and his wife Miranda Lambert won awards, and my current favorite country group, Florida Georgia Line won two awards, Duo of the Year and Breakthrough Video of the Year, in addition to rocking out on stage with Nelly to the remix of "Cruise."

Wedding season is officially in full swing, and for those attending, weddings are mostly fun and games. Wedding planning can be a different story, though. As someone whose wedding is officially less than a year away, I am definintely beginning to stress out about all of the planning that we still have to do.
On Elvis Duran and the Morning Show this morning, Danielle, playing the role of wedding caterer, phone tapped a man who was more than a little bit stressed about his sister's reccommendation for a caterer...and it was hilarious. How would YOU have reacted?!
