Kim Kardashian is not happy about the changes her body is undergoing during pregnancy. Insiders say that she has been FLIPPING OUT about her weight gain and that at first she didn't mind because she was so excited about being pregnant, but she didn't realize that it would get so "extreme." Allegedly, Kim has gone up 4 full cup sizes in her bust. Kanye, of course, does not mind and has been a dream the entire time, encouraging Kim to eat whatever she wants. 

Sorry, Kim... you're 5 months pregnant. That's how it works (only EVERYBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD KNOWS THAT)... if only reality tv stars actually had the option of having their babies delivered via stork.
