Clive Davis is all over the news thanks to his memoir. Pretty controversial stuff. Clive not only comes out as bi-sexual, but he also printed a lot of pretty touchy things about Kelly Clarkson. Things, that Kelly claims to be lies. Here's What Kelly Clarkson had to say:

"So I just heard Clive Davis is releasing a memoir and spreading false information about me and my music. I refuse to be bullied and I just have to clear up his memory lapses and misinformation for myself and for my fans."

Clive allegedly reveals that Kelly burst into tears in his office because she didn't want to record "Since U Been Gone." Luckily... he saved the day. Kelly remembers the incident much differently:

"I [did cry] after I played him a song I had written about my life called 'Because of You.' I cried because he hated it and told me verbatim that I was a '[crappy] writer who should be grateful for the gifts that he bestows upon me.' He continued on about how the song didn't rhyme and how I should just shut up and sing."

Personally, I choose to believe Kelly. Because Clive sort of has a rep for being a bully. Also, he's like, really old... so maybe he just has a really bad memory.
