Chris Brown hopped on stage at a Hollywood Theater/Night Club and grabbed the mic from the DJ to make umm... a "special announcement."

Apparently, Chris brown feels he has a lot to share about "how to treat a lady." Riiiiiight... because he has such an excellent track record with that. So, I know you're already thinking, "this is gonna be bad" and let me tell you, it's even worse than whatever you're thinking! According to TMZ, this is what Chris Brown had to say about his relationship with RiRi:

“Every guy in this building has said one thing to their female … If you’re not an insecure n***a, and you let her have fun with her friends I applaud you. But you gotta say that one thing to her, and I made this s**t up…”

He then sang a song and went on to say:

“So every person in this motherf*****g building, if you got a bad b***h you better say that s**t to her, or she might f*** another n***a.”

Oh and that's not all... he then put this to song form:
