As I wandered around the Third Ward last weekend I stumbled upon the Skylight Theater, which was advertising Avenue Q, a musical (for grown-ups) that I have memorized without ever seeing.
So I dug into the Skylight Music Theatre and was impressed by what I found. I reached out to the crew at the theater and learned that they also happened to be announcing their new artistic director. I really enjoyed the interviews so want to share them with you--a nice way to ease into the weekend since the movies that are coming out stink on ice.
